The Lisbon Village Administrator’s position was established by ordinance #1592 on July 27, 1998.

The first interim Village Administrator to be appointed to this position was Mike Ours who served from July 27, 1998 to July 2002

The second Village Administrator appointed to this position as Village Administrator was Kevin Brooks who served from July 2003 to May 2003.

The present Interim Village Administrator is Marvin Carroll who started on August 4, of 2003 and now serving in that position. Marvin retired from Ohio State Highway Patrol after 25 and one-half years. He was assigned to the Lisbon Post area May 1981 until his retirement May 2002. Marvin resides on State Route 154 with his wife Marcia. They have three grown children – Eric, Matt and Jenny.
